i pod touch 開不了機

事情是這樣的:

之前我的ipod常常充電充到一半就斷電，也常常電耗到自動關機並在好不容易出現蘋果標誌時又凸然斷電所以又跑回插頭-->電池的畫面，
之前以為是線的問題，但後來證實並不是。在幾個禮拜前，小的又把ipod操到沒電，當我接上充電器時，又發生了上述的情況。當小的再把通電器拔掉再插回去時，就再也沒畫面了(接電腦電腦也收不到)。

(但小的也遇過類似的情況，那就是我的ipad收在櫃子裡已經半年多沒用了，插了充電器也沒用，於是小的讓他充電擺過夜，次晨就發現ipad已開機並充飽)

這次，小的也用同一個辦法試著讓ipod開機，但沒成功

幾天後，小的發現ipod下面的插座(不知道正確名子，充電器接的地方)有像棉花般白白的東西，並用針將其挑出來。接了充電器，但沒反應

再幾天後，小的同時按住喚醒跟home許久但也沒反應

Btw: 在第一次插電沒反應時，小的把耳機插進沒接電的ipod裡，還有一點雜音，但在幾個禮拜後要插電才有雜音，而且要將耳機半插在孔裡才會有雜音，頻率約為2.1次/秒

如果各位大大有任何解決方法，小的跪求提供
