【李明憲／台中報導】颱風菲特遠離台灣本島，各地氣候也逐轉轉晴，連日陰天多雨的台中地區，在清晨5時30分左右，久違的陽光也越過山嶺，灑落在晨曦的台中市區，正如中國北宋文豪蘇軾所頌詠的「白日一照，浮雲自開」般，雲開日現一掃台中地區連日的陰霾。
