產油恢復 美油價下挫

由於熱帶風暴過後，墨西哥灣產油作業恢復，國際油價今天下滑。各石油公司因擔心安全問題，在風暴來襲期間曾暫停生產活動。

市場也因華府預算問題造成政治癱瘓，而感受到壓力。

紐約商品交易所基準商品西德州中級原油11月交割價下挫81美分，每桶報103.03美元。

歐洲基準商品北海布倫特原油11月交割價上揚22美分，每桶報109.68美元。
