酒駕又冒名頂替　醉男判罰14萬元

【潘岳／宜蘭報導】37歲高姓男子，半年多前，酒後開車遇警攔檢，經檢測酒測值達0.85毫克，他被警方帶回偵訊時，竟以胞弟之名接受問訊，隔天酒醒後，高男自覺良心不安，才向警方坦承冒名頂替，除被警方依公共危險罪嫌送辦，還多了1條偽造文書罪嫌。

高男的酒駕犯行，今天被宜蘭地院判處拘役50天、得易科罰金5萬元，冒名頂替犯行則被判處3月徒刑，得易科罰金9萬元，合計判罰14萬元罰金，真的是得不償失。
