劉政鴻嗆邱文達　自己找教養院長

【盧麗蓮／綜合報導】苗栗縣私立親民啟能教養院院長周本錡虐待院生犯眾怒，衛生福利部部長邱文達要求周本錡停職，並轟苗栗縣長劉政鴻處理失當，劉政鴻被問及此事，他說若周本錡撤職，那請邱文達自己找人接院長。

今《TVBS》報導，劉政鴻說，若院長被撤職，那請邱文達自己找人接手院長，並強調院長撤職，院生無人負責。《NOWNEWS》報導中則指出，劉政鴻認為就地解散教養院，將侵害院生權益，揚言「把院生帶過去給中央管」。
