美國加州和Dealer買車過戶問題

車子已經買了3個月了(6月底購入的二手車)，
保險也在買車後隔天自行購買，
從網路上查詢資料新的title等資料應該多在1~2個月能收到，
快2個月時因為新的title和車牌註冊貼紙一直都還沒收到，
有跑回去Dealer那邊問，
結果Dealer說現在行政速度較慢，
車窗前檔貼的Dealer資訊和車及資料那張可以撐6個月，
現在也已經過了3個月，有沒有可以查詢過戶近度的地方呢?
