塑化劑只判賠120萬 邱文達：支持上訴

塑化劑事件引發國人飲食恐慌，但新北地院法官卻只判賠120萬元。對此，衛福部長邱文達表示，他對於這樣的結果看了很遺憾，因為人體如果長期暴露可能會干擾內分泌或環境賀爾蒙或是致癌，所以衛福部會繼續蒐集科學證據，追蹤300個病例，提供資訊支持繼續上訴。
