衛福部研議　追討違規食品業者不當得利

【邱俊吉／台北報導】衛生福利部今上午召開食品重大違規業者不當所得的追繳及修法加重罰則研商會議，全程不對外開放，目前已知初步結論是，追討不當所得是可行的，只要能掌握公司財報，即可了解其獲利狀況，如此便能推算出可討回多少錢。

衛福部表示，除上述結論外，包括公司紅利、個人所得等收入，是否納入追繳範圍，則仍在進行討論。
