GMP失效 綠籲設統一標章

民進黨團6日召開記者會，黨團幹事長高志鵬質疑，政府各種食品標章都出包，且食品管理分散在各部會，應該比照消保會設立跨部會單位，重新建立新的標章制度，讓民眾可以有購買的依據。

立委葉宜津表示，「開門七件事，樣樣都出事」，民眾根據HACCP、GMP、吉園圃標章購買食品，還是遇到摻假油、農藥殘留的問題，食品認證應該要重新建立，「GMP標章只要三萬元入會費」，公信力已經崩盤。

立委陳節如也指出，GMP歸屬經濟部、食品安全歸屬衛福部、進口食品歸屬關務署，標章及所屬主管機關分散，不利於食品安全把關。綠委黃偉哲則認為，可以選擇保留HACCP，或是輔導食品業者接受ISO 20000認證，與國際食品標準接軌。
