外界施壓註銷下架公文　衛福部否認

【邱俊吉／台北報導】針對立委林淑芬爆料，是衛生福利部部長邱文達指示下屬將油品下架，遭懲處的兩位食藥署官員根本背黑鍋，且是得力幕僚「高主任」向衛福部獻策註銷原公文。但衛福部次長許銘能澄清，該部沒有高主任，但有一名法規會參事高宗賢。
 
許銘能說，依據之前的歷次會議決議，在10月31日不合格名單公布前，不會有油品下架動作，而高宗賢看過誤發的公文後，認為歷次會議既然都無下架決議，該公文不應要求下架，於是便依其法律見解，建議要註銷原公文並重新發文，沒有所謂外界施壓這回事。
