【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】荷蘭阿姆斯特丹最近出現許多流動式小便斗，並鼓勵民眾多在街道小便。環保團體表示，如此一來可以蒐集許多「環保肥料」。

當地水資源團體鼓勵民眾利用這些流動裝置小便，讓相關單位可以蒐集排泄物。該團體也指出，尿液中含有氮、鉀、磷，這些物質是肥料的主要來源，如果能回收市民的尿液，未來就可以進行屋頂綠化，讓阿姆斯特丹變成環保城。
