民進黨開會討論對中政策　蔡英文告假赴星

【張麗娜／台北報導】民進黨中國事務委員會下午將召開第4次會議，不過民進黨前主席蔡英文因赴新加坡演講，將不出席。蔡英文辦公室表示，此行是應摩根士丹利（MorganStanley）前往新加坡進行專題演講，對於出訪的細節，蔡辦不願多做說明，僅表示是單純的演講行程，「只出訪幾天」。

下午的中國事務委員會將由淡江大學戰略所助理教授陳文政就「對中交流所涉的國家安全問題」引言報告外，也將就「現階段對中政策總結報告」初稿進行討論。據了解，除蔡英文請假外，國安會前祕書長邱義仁也赴日本京都大學當客座研究員，將不出席。
