朝陽人壽報酬案未提董事會 被罰24萬元

金管會公告，朝陽人壽保險經理人的報酬案未提董事會討論通過，不符公司法29條第1項第3款規定，已違反行為時公開發行公司董事會議事辦法第7條第1項第7款規定。

因此，依證券交易法第178條第1項第7款及第179條第1項規定，對公司行為時負責人處罰鍰新台幣24萬元。
