不滿禁菸區擴大　菸權團體批衛福部管太大

【張博亭／台北報導】衛福部國民健康署今指出，有民眾檢舉機車族在十字路口等紅燈時抽菸，將研擬於民眾常檢舉路段，且在部分縣市先行試辦下規範禁菸，但目前尚未預告時程，引起菸權團體不滿，今下午拿著「衛生福利警備總部」牌子至衛福部前抗議管太大。

國健署日前才預告《菸害防制法》新禁令，規定明年4月起，包括國家公園、國家級風景區等各種公園綠地，除了吸菸區之外，一律不得吸菸，不論國人或外國觀光客，違者可罰2千元至1萬元。

國健署今又指出，有收到民眾檢舉機車族在十字路口等紅燈時抽菸，未來研擬從民眾常檢舉的路段，例如紅燈秒數長、民眾眾多的路段、且考慮部分縣市先行的情況下，規範禁菸，但目前尚未預告時程，也不確定何時開會討論。因此，引起菸權團體的不滿。
