實物銀行入法 勸募團體應公開徵信

行政院會今日上午通過《社會救助法》修正草案，將實物銀行納入管理，增訂實物給付的法源依據，各地方政府可視實際需要及財力，自行或運用民間資源，以實物(例如食物券、棉被、衣服等民生物資)辦理社會救助。

衛生福利部社會救助及社工司司長江國仁說，目前地方政府已開始實施實物銀行，這次希望透過修法讓管理規則更完善，例如勸募團體勸募或受贈的物資，應公開徵信，捐贈物資的單位也可減免稅捐；草案也明定可協調、收購生產過剩的農產品，做為物資，提供經濟弱勢家庭。
