違規被攔沒開紅單?

小弟我今年16歲
平常都騎機車上下學(夜校)
今天和朋友一起回家時
因為中途停下來用東西
所以落後朋友很多
剛好那時有個紅燈
我心想要趕快跟上朋友
就衝過去了(當然我還是有注意有沒有車才過去的)
然後就看到警察杯杯示意我停下來
停下後基本的檢查有沒有改車後
警察就叫我出示證件
我當下就跟她說我沒有滿18
然後他就感覺像勸導念了一些
我態度一直都保持良好
(警察拿一台機器不知道是幹嘛用的，在我車後好像在登記東西)
後來警察就說可以走了
我心想:這樣算是有沒有被開單?
然後就直接問他說:這樣算有沒有被開單
警察回:這樣開一次七八千塊很貴(並沒有提到是或否)
之後他就叫我小心騎，可以走了

當然發文前我有問了很多人
很多人都說我遇到貴人了之類的
但是我爸說 說不定她開行照的罰單
叫我如果真的被開要自己付錢

聽到這讓我還是有些不安
所以想上來問問01網友們的意見!
拜託各位提供一些意見或是經驗了
