魯莽開車門 害人撞上變植物人…判賠

李姓男子5月間在寶清街路邊停車時，貿然打開車門，致後方騎機車的林姓男子撞上車門成為植物人。台北地方法院依過失致重傷罪，判他有期徒刑7月，緩刑5年，並按月支付1萬5千元，至賠償滿180萬元止。

北市警交通大隊組長蔡和民指出，小客車開車門造成車禍的案件，不論是駕駛從左側開車門，或是乘客從右車門下車，肇事一定都是駕駛必須負起百分之百的責任。汽車乘客或駕駛人下車時，一定要注意有無人車經過。

交通大隊副大隊長林基田指出，全市1月至11月間，因開車門不當造成的車禍案件，共發生316件，造成250人受傷。
