凍豆腐含防腐劑　新北2業者各挨罰3萬元

【方佳怡／新北報導】北市衛生局日前抽檢唐恭興業股份有限公司、大地煮餐飲股份有限公司忠孝分店及祥麟小吃店等店「凍豆腐」，分別檢出苯甲酸，經查上述供應商來自新北市，新北衛生局今天下午先對其中2家違規業者依違反《食品衛生管理法》各開罰3萬元，另家業者則待約談後依法處分。

衛生局指出，部分不肖業者為增加豆腐產品保存期限、讓產品賣相佳，會蓄意添加苯甲酸，長期食用苯甲酸會導致食慾差、肝功能損傷、刺激腸胃道引起胃痛、反胃或嘔吐等問題，大量則會發生代謝性酸中毒。
