帶184條香菸闖關 男子被罰9萬2並沒入

桃園機場日前查獲一名男子攜帶184條香菸，被海關查獲，由於未依規定申報；海關除依法沒入，並被處以9萬2千元罰鍰。

關務署台北關表示，這名年約三十多歲的男子，日前入境時，被發現攜帶184條香菸，準備從桃園機場企圖闖關，被海關人員發現後，依違反關稅法、菸酒管理法，除沒入香菸外，並處以9萬2千元罰鍰，這起是今年香菸單次攜帶最大量案件。
