目前待的公司不好也不壞吧，在這邊工作了幾個月，目前知道特休假很難休， 如果當月都不報加班就可以請特休，每個月平均加班20~50個小時，當然還是要看部門， 算隔週休，薪水是25K，可是目前每個月只拿到24K， 報到的第一天人資才說公司付薪水的方式是拆開付， 但試用期的前三個月被扣住的部份沒辦法領，要等試用期過後才會一次發還， 雖然我已經做了四個多月過試用期了，但目前每個月少給的一千還沒拿到。 周圍有人建議我在同一個地方待久一點在跳會比較好， 但我還是決定過年後開始找工作吧。 目前想找的職務以品管、繪圖、三次元量測相關的， 公司的話想投建暐精密或華鏞工業， 聽朋友說這兩家算滿穩的，有人知道這兩家的工作條件跟福利嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 124.6.4.243
