【胡治言／綜合報導】國道計程收費爭議不斷，現在又有警方侵犯人權、監控全民的公文曝光！

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，據相關人士昨提供給《蘋果》的六份關鍵公文顯示，警政署刑事局至少從前年底起，即要求國道計程新制上路後，不管有無犯罪嫌疑，交通部門都應提供所有車輛的車牌、行車時間、地點及影片、照片等紀錄；高公局一度同意提供，但遠通電收強力反彈，全案僵持中。學者昨痛批：「沒犯罪，為何要被監控？」

《蘋果》昨民調顯示，支持刑事局要求高公局提供車輛資訊的民眾約佔38%，覺得太扯的有近33%，近3成無意見。

刑事局去年11月行文給高公局，請高公局要求遠通電收提供全部行車資料。
