我之前與男友電話中談完分手後~
因隔天要上班便早早入睡~
約一小時後，前男友衝到我家(家人不知情幫他開們)
並直接進到我房間
嚇的我不知所措(當時家中只有我及媽媽)~

在溝通沒有共識下
我要求他離開
於是他便說“如果我不將交往時送的禮物還他便不離開“
基於安全考量(其實我真的很擔心他會傷害我及家人)
迫於無奈將禮物還他@
等他終於離開後~
覺得很難過
為何有人可以這樣為所欲為無法無天?
請問我可以採取何種法律途徑
保護我的家人並拿回屬於我的東西?
