吳淡如違法經營民宿　最高開罰45萬元

【潘岳／宜蘭報導】知名作家吳淡如名下位於宜蘭市健康路2段24巷3號的2樓透天厝，被民眾檢舉違法經營民宿「小藍屋」，宜蘭縣政府據報後前往查察屬實，已發函吳淡如收文後15天內陳述意見；縣府工商旅遊處今天指出，若無法陳述理由，將依違反《觀光發展條例》開罰9萬元到45萬元。
 
附近住戶表示，原屋主是名退休老師，與吳淡如熟識，因屋主搬到中壢與兒子同住，1年多前，以4百萬元價格賣給吳淡如。裝潢期間，曾看過吳淡如來過幾次，吳未與鄰居打招呼。
 
該住戶指出，「小藍屋」係整棟出租，多半假日才有客人，民眾打電話承租後，會有專人前來整理與等候客人前往居住。
