本票裁定後要開庭該怎麼辦？

哥哥在三年錢在外面欠了高利貸100萬元，現在人家拿著本票到家裡討不到錢後，就交給討債公司來家裡鬧，又潑漆又灑冥紙，爸爸都不理會，現在它們又把哥哥簽的本票拿去法院裁定，法院寄來一張要開民事庭的信函到家裡來，請問1.，本票金額含有很高的利息，但是卻無法向法官證明該怎麼辦，因為本票上並沒有註明利息是多少2.我哥哥該怎麼向法官陳述事實那些賭債，有用嗎？還是法官只會見本票金額來判定，不問任何理由？3.哥哥名下無任何財產可賠償，會被抓去坐牢嗎？4.請有經驗的專家教導到法院時我哥哥該如何回答法官的問話會對他較有利？
