有關國民旅遊卡經費申請的問題

想請教大家的是:
小弟於去年任職於市府 今年拿到國民旅遊卡
額度有8001元

假設我於本周五去刷卡消費
甚麼時候可以提出申請補助呢?
要等到年底嗎?還是刷卡隔天就可以申請?
那我提出申請後 單位何時才會將錢撥入我的帳戶呢?
是我申請一筆他就撥款一次 還是會累積到年底或明年才一次撥入我戶頭呀?

再假設我若於下個月離職了 他還會將錢撥入我戶頭嗎?
(前提是我於離職前已將申請手續都做好了)
