關於失業輔助金請領資格

我想請問一下我之前與政府單位有簽訂一年契約，契約中有說明對於人體傷亡或財物損失之風險，乙方(我)應投保必要之保險，並依勞、健局薪資級距規定投保或加入工會等。我的保險現在是依契約書保外面職業工會的話這樣現在已離職後我還有請領失業輔助金的資格嗎?該單位有開給我服務證明書(內有說明契約到期，非自願離職)
