要求掌握eTag資料侵犯人權？　刑事局澄清：非監控

國道計程收費初上路，eTag造成的風波不斷，警政署要求掌握全台國道電子收費系統319座門架錄影資料，更引起外界疑慮，認為刑事局是在監控且已侵犯人權。對此，刑事局澄清，目前尚未取得任何一筆資料，且本案現在還在研議中。

內政部警政署發文給高速公路局與遠通電收，指出基於維護治安及偵查潛在犯罪行為等，要求其提供國道車輛行車紀錄資料讓警政署做整合，並作為未來的治安資料庫，建立「國道行車資訊查詢系統」。不過，此舉卻引起外界反彈，指稱這種行為屬於侵犯人權，且用路人的個資與隱私也恐會外洩。

而對於外界質疑監控一事，刑事局副局長劉柏良則出面澄清，此舉並非監控，且現在仍屬於研議階段，目前尚未取得任何一筆用路人資料。另外，劉柏良也表示，犯罪才是全民公敵，若是能建立相關設備，對於未來獲得打擊犯罪的資訊也會有所幫助。
