「廢寢忘食」... 對我來說是不存在的事實。只因為真的很喜歡吃。

尤其是飢餓到極點的當下，餐廳新奇有趣、令人好奇，都不一定能成行。 我需要美味與安全感，絕不能NG!!

不需要眼花撩亂的碗盤刀叉滿桌排隊，只要目標名確的經典菜色，在面前亮燈。

以下是我的三飽名單：

1. Bravo Burger 發福廚房

【花生醬雞肉漢堡＆墨西哥辣味牛肉漢堡】

漢堡裡的花生醬混合了起司與肉汁後，鹹甜相佐的滋味非常好吃。個人建議選擇雞肉來代替牛肉漢堡肉。 雞肉滑嫩的質感與濃稠的花生醬搭配，不膩口。

喜歡重口味的朋友就要試試墨西哥辣味漢堡。店家自製肉汁香甜的漢堡肉，加上醃製的墨西哥青辣椒，鮮嗆刺激，相當開胃。

2. Solo pasta

【自製香腸肉末炒貓耳朵麵】

Solo pasta是目前吃過台北最會煮義大利麵的餐廳了，麵的軟硬度控制的恰好。 我偏愛清炒的義大利麵。 這款麵有肉末的微鹹、花椰菜的清甜，與起司、黑橄欖的香味； 碎的香腸肉末混合在有嚼勁的貓耳朵麵裡，越嚼越香。 整味道清爽，卻有豐富滋味。

3. Moe燃 炭火燒肉二店

【後腹肉、橫隔膜、牛肋條】
