不知是否有版友碰過類似狀況，或較了解相關法規的版友 小妹於一間網拍包包的小公司擔任企劃，最近要準備商品拍攝的工作 老闆要求若拍攝成品不符合他的需求 要求我到時就需負起責任"自費"聘請攝影師與模特兒重新拍攝 (金額為5萬塊) 故想請問雇主這樣的要求是合法的嗎? 當員工碰到這種情況，需自費重新拍攝嗎? 謝謝。 PS: 因最近跟老闆的相處互動不是很好 而偏偏照片這種東西很"主觀" 所以會擔心老闆吹毛求疵，大家都認為符合公司形象與風格，而他偏偏說不OK 故意要我自費重拍 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.161.47.168
