立法院日前完成通訊保障及監察法修法，引發檢、警、調及海巡部門反彈，但在朝野立委皆反對行政院提覆議之下，行政院發言人鄭麗文15日說，行政院不會提覆議。

民進黨團認為，行政院若對通保法提覆議，將損台灣人權。國民黨團則表示，新法執行一段時間再檢討較妥適。

但鄭麗文還說，法務部認為大部分可行，小部分對犯罪偵防的影響，法務部會蒐集來自基層檢、警、調的意見，研擬下一波修法。
