遭逮示威民眾 烏當局給予特赦

烏克蘭今天表示，在反政府示威動亂中遭逮捕的抗議民眾，當局將給予特赦。

烏克蘭親歐反對派及民眾不滿烏國總統亞努科維奇（Viktor Yanukovych）疏離歐盟、回頭親近俄羅斯，又頒行禁止示威集遊法，因此引爆席捲全國的反政府示威抗議。

反政府示威群眾今天撤離他們所盤踞的公家機關建築，這項特赦是反對派提出的主要訴求。

檢方聲明說：「特赦法將從今年2月17日起生效，此法明訂，對犯法民眾的控訴…都將撤銷。」
