敘利亞和談無果 聯合國特使道歉

聯合國敘利亞問題特使布拉希米15日為日內瓦和談無果，向敘利亞人民道歉。他在和談中主持最後一場討論，試圖打破敘利亞政府與反對派之間的僵局。他說，癥結在敘利亞政府拒絕討論過渡政府問題。
