聯發科64位元8核產品 將量產

手機晶片廠聯發科推出64位元8核心LTE系統單晶片(SoC)產品MT6752，預計第4季量產。

聯發科繼2月24日推出64位元4核心LTE智慧手機單晶片解決方案MT6732後，聯發科再推出64位元8核心LTE智慧手機單晶片解決方案MT6752。

聯發科指出，MT6752主要鎖定中階市場，與MT6732不同的是，MT6752內建8顆ARM Cortex A53核心，核心時脈達2GHz；另外，MT6752整合1600萬畫素影像訊號處理器。

聯發科MT6752與MT6732針腳相容，其餘功能也大致相同，都支援ClearMotion智慧視頻倍頻技術及MiraVision技術。

聯發科MT6752預計第3季初投入商用，第4季量產。
