黑心肉品灌水 高市開鍘300萬

（中央社記者王淑芬高雄10日電）高市府衛生局今天說，農正鮮公司於肉品填充保水劑增加販售重量，不法牟利，將依據食品安全衛生管理法裁罰新台幣300萬元。

檢警獲報農正鮮公司將肉品填充保水劑後，加水按摩冷凍肉品，可增加1倍重量，再販售牟利，疑多數肉品已流入國軍和學校營養午餐，檢警8日大舉搜索農正鮮公司並依詐欺等罪裁定涉案人交保。

高雄市政府衛生局食品科人員今天前往湖內區要釐清農正鮮公司的保水劑相關問題，但是業者早已拉下鐵門，衛生局人員不得其門而入。

衛生局股長陳月寶指出，保水劑一般是指綜合磷酸鹽，可以合法添加於加工食品上，但是業者卻拿來填充增加肉品重量販售，違反食品安全衛生管理法，衛生局將引用罰則的最高罰款開鍘。

衛生局同時呼籲已購買農正鮮公司販售的肉品，暫時不要食用，以確保食安。1030410
