杜鵑花樹根寫書法

嘉義市立博物館今天在一樓特展區，展出四川知名書法家暨根書藝術大師《楊玉冰－中華之根、自然奇蹟》根書展，展期至5月4日。

楊玉冰的根書作品借助杜鵑根軟韌，防蛀的特性，運用樹根的天然形體，並慎選深冬時期生長在沙石夾層中或是石板上硬雜野生樹根，藉助其自然彎曲不變形的特性，再根據其樹根形狀，加上其創意巧思，將其雕刻成人物、花鳥、野獸之類的「根雕」，或是結合中國書法藝術與根藝藝術，利用自然界的枯乾樹根自然彎曲、結節組合，以行草書法的意象黏貼創作而成「根書」，十分特別。（徐彩媚／嘉義報導）
