北市警約談 洪崇晏未現身

（中央社記者劉建邦台北17日電）台北市警察局今天原本約談台大學生洪崇晏到案說明411包圍中正警一分局狀況，但洪崇晏委由律師代為處理，並未現身。

台北地檢署16日表示，台大學生洪崇晏遭2名民眾告發在11日「路過」中正一分局，觸犯恐嚇及妨害公務罪，已分他字案偵辦，會依法處理；至於何時傳喚洪崇晏，承辦檢察官會依偵查步驟決定。

北市警認為411圍警局是由洪崇晏指揮，已寄發刑事案件查證通知書，希望洪在17日前往刑事警察大隊說明案發經過，但洪則委由律師處理。1030417
