中市小一生4.1%有心臟病

台中市教育局今年首度與中山醫學大學附設醫院合作，針對全市241所國小25901名小一新生進行心臟超音波篩檢，上午發表成果，高達4.1%的受檢者、共1076名學童被驗出有先天或後天心臟病，其中更有因感冒肺炎導致嚴重心包填塞的小一男童，經過緊急治療後，化解猝死危機。

中山附醫先天性心臟病科醫師陳豐霖指出，常見的學童猝死案例有高達八成以上是源自心臟問題，透過超音波篩檢有效篩檢率高達99.2%。陳豐霖提醒家長，如果孩子出現食慾不振、打呼聲過大或異常以及呼吸不順、常感冒、記憶力不好或學習不佳等症狀，其實有可能是心臟問題如血管環壓迫等導致，應該儘速到醫院檢查。

台中市教育局長吳榕峯也強調明年經費已到位，小一新生的心臟超音波篩檢可繼續試辦一年，發現的個案則會每兩年追蹤一次，可有效預防學童校園內猝死意外。（鄭敏玲／台中報導）
