被圖利20億　日勝生：不清楚檢調如何算

新北市新店「美河市聯合開發案」今天檢調偵結，檢方認定「美河市案」北市府圖利日勝生20億元，檢方認定日勝生為被圖利者不起訴。日勝生副總周惠玉對此表示，檢方所稱圖利金額，公司並不清楚檢調是如何計算的，但公司會尊重司法。

日勝生今天股價未受影響，早盤一度站上27元，站上波段新高，盤中也未受到「美河市案」起訴影響，仍在高檔整理，午盤上漲0.35元、漲幅1.35%，站上26.3元，一舉站上月線。（劉曉霞／台北報導）
