自知有損害起兩年不行使請求賠償消滅

所謂的請求權....(以下恕刪)

是指板大    在知道事情發生時    要在兩年內提告

只要版大遞出了   相關訴狀

時效就暫停

(民法129條參照)

既然板大刑事部分已經提告   未來要提刑事附帶民事

就   不需要擔心相關事宜

 至於   偵查庭    開過兩年的機率極低    除非整件案件太多疑點
