威航：本土廉航信賴度高

復興航空旗下廉價航空威航預計9月首航，地點以日本機會最大。總經理隆章琪指出，威航挾本土優勢，消費者信賴感可望提高，但也希望吸引3成左右外籍旅客。

由於廉航旅遊糾紛頻傳，隆章琪表示，許多人不搭廉航，往往是擔憂爭議時投訴無門，但威航是本土公司，本地客戶的信賴感可望較高，正是威航的優勢之一。

不過，若要提高載客率及獲利，不能只有本地旅客，未來威航希望能吸引約3成左右外籍旅客。為此日前威航也特別延攬出身澳航，曾任職香港快運與菲律賓虎航，廉航經驗豐富的史提夫．艾倫擔任商務長。

她說，威航行銷將會內外並重，官網會有英日文版本，強化對外籍旅客的宣傳。

隆章琪預期，威航開航初期載客率可望有8成。
