「工時達20小時」　餐廳違法徵才

民眾向《蘋果》爆料，北市信義區的法國餐廳「塞子小酒館」負責人之一、主廚Raven，日前在個人部落格公開張貼徵才資訊，稱每天工時可達20小時，公然違反《勞基法》。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，《塞子小酒館》部落格上月po文徵才，「基本工時12小時，有時因備料需求可至20小時」，文中徵才條件嚴苛，包括無法國餐相關經驗者，一律學徒價22K；另須會外語、男生要剪平頭，網友諷「我有這些能力，還去你們公司領22K」。勞動局調查發現，「塞子小酒館」未備妥員工出勤記錄，已先開罰2萬元。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
