標題[請益] 馗鼎奈米 研發工程師 offer

公司 馗鼎奈米 職務 研發工程師-電漿設備power韌體 工時 早0800晚1830 薪水 43K UP 地點 台南永康 小弟我私大研所畢，在半導體公司擔任測試工程師1年8個月，目前待遇43k， 因興趣不符且碩論做得是偏向韌體及電路開發， 有幸得到此公司主管的口頭OFFER，並表示待遇可43k up， 正常下班時間是1830，工作內容主要是電漿設備的PWOER韌體編寫。 有必要時要到客戶端裝機 OR DEBUG(可能一年不到五次)。 加班的話工程師是否可補休或者依勞基法報加班費，可是主管只提到補休。 因版上有關公司風氣等資訊顯少， 故想請問是否有前輩了解實際上同事相處以及其團隊部門風氣呢? 非常感謝。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 218.173.56.185 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1400838454.A.AD8.html
