大家好，小弟擔任手機代工廠SWPM近3年時間，最近找新工作， 目前有以下三家給予口頭offer，我答應下星期一要回覆意願， SWPM是我本來就熟悉的工作內容，RDPM和CPM則是第一次接觸， 未來也有想往Marketing PM方向，所以很猶豫，請前輩們協助給予建議 公司 華碩 hTC 浩鑫 職位 RDPM SWPM CPM(向客戶提案,討論spec, 接案子給PM執行,追進度) 產品 Padfone 手機 XPC,tablet 工時 12~14hr 12~14hr 10(有時候12hr) 待遇 N*14+分紅3~6個月 (N+7)*14+分紅?
