江國賓女像歡歡 心苦不肯說

歡歡離世一個月，拍戲14年的江國賓沒想過休息，繼續拍三立《世間情》；11歲女兒歷經喪母之痛，他也沒想停工陪她，為什麼？他以「兩情若在長久時，豈在朝朝暮暮」形容父女關係。他說，女兒像媽媽，個性很ㄍ一ㄥ，就算心裡有苦，也不見得會說，他硬逼會造成反效果。

他曾問女兒感受，她僅淡淡回答「還好」，他說不想給女兒壓力，「有些事情旁人無法分擔，要自己去克服，每個人有一套調適的方式，多給她空間。」他說，事發時，女兒情緒需要他的支持，他們多次搭高鐵去台中，就在路上聊天、彼此療傷。他現在忙拍戲，由姊姊、姊夫代為照顧她。

至於他自己的調適，他說：「年紀這麼大了，不放手又能怎麼樣？」他以理智調整心態，「記憶不會抹滅、回憶永遠存在。」他熱愛拍戲：「沒工作，我是生活白痴！」沒拍戲就在家看電視，最大樂趣是泡茶。14年來他一直吃中藥調身體，有吃安眠藥習慣，強調不要隨便拿鎮定劑亂吃，一定要去精神科拿藥，「半夜睡一兩個小時，好過沒有。」
