近期Android用戶得特別注意手機帳單，Android系統中出現一全新漏洞，可讓有心人士透過惡意軟體任意撥打使用者電話，此漏洞將導致受害使用者產生額外的通話費用，造成嚴重損失。

CM安全實驗室指出，此漏洞影響範圍包括Android4.1以及Android4.2的大部分用戶，全球預計有超過59%使用者將受到該漏洞的危害。一般在Android系統中，必須申請撥打電話權限的應用程式，才能撥打電話。

但在系統應用Phone中存在的重大漏洞，導致各種應用都能在沒有權限的情形下，隨意撥打用戶的電話、掛斷電話，甚至發送USSD/SS/MMI指令，這將導致用戶的SIM卡鎖死、手機資料遭清除等等後果，對使用者造成巨大損害。現已發現有惡意應用利用此漏洞威脅用戶財產安全。

面對此最新漏洞，CM安全實驗室提醒使用者特別注意，手機是否會自動向外撥打電話、電話是否會自動掛斷、另外最重要的是檢查帳單是否有異常的通話費用。CM安全實驗室提醒，若發現以上問題，建議盡快使用免費的Clean Master和CM Security，掃描手機是否存在惡意程式，並盡速移除，避免造成嚴重的金錢損失，及時保護手機安全。
