離職員工竊取機密 卡地亞提告

國際精品品牌卡地亞本周一在紐約控告一名離職員工，指其竊取與廣告行銷相關的商業機密。

代表提告的是歷峰集團北美分公司，訴狀表示，曾在卡地亞廣告部門任職總監的瑪莉莎波帝於今年三月被資遣後，隨即要求她的同事把公司的廣告計畫下載下來，還跟對方說「總有一天我們會需要它」。之後瑪莉莎轉赴競爭品牌Tiffany任職，並說服那名員工追隨她。

該名員工原本提辭呈，三天後反悔，才全盤托出實情。
