台灣在陸有效註冊商標達10萬件

兩岸商標問題探討系列之二中國大陸國家工商行政管理總局近日公布最新統計數據顯示，自2011年至2013年底，台灣在大陸累計有效註冊商標達10萬4000件。

「海峽兩岸智慧財產權保護合作協議」2010年9月12日生效。2011年以來，大陸據此辦理台灣商標註冊。據大陸當局統計，2013年全年，台灣在大陸申請商標9844件，註冊1萬547件。

大陸國家工商行政管理總局指出，案件協處機制下的台灣商標保護也取得顯著成效。2013年，受理台灣民眾聲請優先權93件，台方要求協處212件，並透過馳名商標制度，有效保護台灣註冊人合法權益。

大陸國家工商總局負責人表示，大陸各地工商機關對台灣企業商標權的保護，獲得台灣企業的信任，增強了台企展開經營的信心。

大陸國家工商總局統計，截至2013年年底，大陸累計商標註冊申請量為1324萬1000件，累計商標註冊量865萬2000件，商標有效註冊量723萬7900件，連續多年保持世界第一。(中央社)
