台灣大上調資本支 搶進推1800MHz服務

台灣大（3045）董事會今天通過增加103年度資本支出預算18.2億元，主要為momo購地自建物流倉儲中心。修訂後資本支出預算將上看154億元，包括行動業務98億元，固網業務21億元，有線電視業務10億元，momo及其他子公司業務25億元。

台灣大也說明，NCC於7月16日核准台灣大與遠傳（4904）分別繳回其2G服務所使用1800MHz頻段之部分頻譜(5MHz)，因此台灣大可望於9月底前於1800MHz頻段上提供LTE服務。

台灣大董事會今天同步通過發行第一次海外無擔保五年期轉換公司債，發行總額以不超過5億美金為上限，票面年利率及到期殖利率皆為0%，轉換溢價為20%~32.5%，且發放普通股現金股利若股利殖利率低於5.8%時，不予調整轉換價格。（陳俐妏／台北報導）
