烏克蘭內戰未休　歐美加強制裁俄國

由於馬航MH17空難調查受阻，加上墜機事件後，俄羅斯繼續輸入武器、裝備和戰鬥機到烏克蘭，歐盟領袖達成制裁俄國共識，美國也宣佈對俄國的新一波制裁。

路透引述外交官員消息指，歐盟周二已通過對俄羅斯實施經濟制裁，包括石油工業、國防、軍用物品同敏感科技，制裁將在3個月後進行檢討。美國總統歐巴馬表示，美國會與歐盟一起，對俄羅斯能源業、軍事工業和金融機構實施新一輪制裁，向支援俄羅斯在烏克蘭從事非法活動的公司企業施壓。

美國財政部宣佈，禁止美國人與俄羅斯三間國有銀行進行中、長期金融交易，受影響的包括大銀行VTB及旗下的莫斯科銀行，以及俄羅斯農業銀行。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
