悼念亡魂 全國今起降半旗3天

民視 – 

澎湖空難、高雄氣爆，接連發生重大死傷事件，為了向罹難者表達哀痛。全國公家機關從今天起到週四降半旗三天。民眾也表示，這樣可以讓受難家屬有所安慰，也算是對罹難者的尊重。

國旗歌的演奏曲中，總統府前的國旗緩緩升上旗竿頂端，接著再降到一半，因為政府從這天開始降半旗，向澎湖空難和高雄氣爆的76位罹難者致哀。

包括中正紀念堂，行政院、監察院、立法院等，不只是政府部門、學校還有警政機關，全國都降半旗三天悼念。

由於5日到7日，剛好是澎湖空難二七，跟高雄氣爆罹難者頭七期間，因此選在這三天降半旗。其實過去國家發生重大災難，包括九二一地震、納莉、莫拉克風災都曾降半旗致哀。傍晚降旗時，會把國旗升到竿頂再下降。希望藉由降半旗，讓所有民眾為罹難者、傷者祈禱。（民視新聞 周寧、許猛捷 台北報導）
